Rich history

It was Julienne Mellot, mother of Joseph Mellot, who opened the Auberge MELLOT in 1882 to have her cuisine appreciated with the wines of the family domaine. Serving typical dishes that will remain engraved in the history of the auberge just as “the terrine of the winemaker” and “the ham omelette of Sancerre smoked with vine shoots”.
