The vineyard is located near Bourges, south of Sancerre, on gentle slopes. The soil is composed of clay and limestone overlying Kimmeridgian marls.
WORK IN THE VINEYARD
Environmentally friendly growing methods are adapted to suit each terroir.
Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Pale gold in colour.
Very expressive nose with predominant notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
Round and powerful on the palate with good length.
Perfect with seafood, meat pies, composed salads and cheeses.
Ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 12°C.
After pouring this wine, allow it to breathe for a few moments so that it may release all of its aromas.
