VARIETAL

Sauvignon Blanc

TERROIR

The soil is composed of geological formations dating back to the Cretaceous Period.
The flint-rich siliceous clay soil gives the Sauvignon Blanc grape its taste of gunflint.

WORK IN THE VNEYARD

Environmentally friendly growing methods are adapted to suit each terroir.

VINIFICATION

Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aged on fine lees until bottling to preserve all of this wine’s freshness. Filtered only once.

CHARACTERISTICS

Pale gold in colour with green tints.
Expressive nose with notes of citrus and mango.
Soft and delicate on the palate at first revealing great harmony. Remarkable length with a citrusy finish. A fine, delicate wine typical of its flint-rich terroir.
After pouring this wine, allow it to breathe for a few moments so that it may release all of its aromas before enjoying.
The ideal serving temperature is 9°C.
