Our vines are planted on very steep slopes with flint-rich soil.
This type of terroir does not exist throughout the entire appellation which gives this wine its unique character.

25 to 30 years old.
WORK IN THE VINEYARD
Environmentally friendly growing methods are adapted to suit each terroir.
Disbudding in May allows us to limit yields.
The grapes are harvested when they are at their peak of maturity. Vinification takes place under monitored temperatures to extract the tannins gently.
Deep ruby red in colour.
The nose starts off with notes of sour cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant.
Well-balanced on the palate with gorgeous volume, big structure and fine, silky tannins that are characteristic of the freshness of Pinot Noir.
This wine showcases both the Pinot Noir grape and its terroir.
May be served chilled with first courses.
The ideal serving temperature is between 14° and 16°C.
This wine is a good match for pâtés, grilled fish, meats and red berry desserts.
