QUINCY LE RIMONET

GRAPE VARIETY

100% Sauvignon.

TERROIR

35-40 year-old vines on the banks of the Cher; the soil is mainly sandy and gravelly, typical of the appellation, and has an influence on the wines it produces.

VINIFICATION

Traditional. Cold static settling at a low temperature, and fermentation in small-sized vats.

WINELAKER'S NOTES

A pale golden-yellow colour with green tints.
An expressive, powerful nose marked by notes of citrus and passion fruit.
On the palate it is full and well-balanced with lots offreshness.
This wine displays all the characteristics typical of Quincy wines and of the vintage.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This wine goes well with mussels, fish and seafood.
It is also a good match for goat’s cheese, such as Crottin de Chavignol, and cheese fondues.
Ideal serving temperature: 8-12°C.
Serve the wine and wait for a few moments for its aromas to be released.
