Surrounded by the Pouilly Fumé appellation.
Predominantly clay-limestone soil.

WORK IN THE VINEYARD

Environmentally friendly growing methods are adapted to suit each terroir.

CHARACTÉRISTICS

Pale gold in colour.
Fine nose with floral notes and hazelnut.
The palate starts off fresh and boats good overall balance and a slightly lemony finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

As an aperitif or with crustaceans, white-fleshed fish and goat’s cheeses.
Ideally served at a temperature of 8°C.
This wine is of interest for the originality of the varietal and the small surface area of this appellation (35 hectares).
