TERROIR

The vines are planted in soil predominantly composed of Kimmeridgian marls with clay.

WORK IN THE VINEYARD

Environmently friendly frowing methods are adapted to suit each terroir.

VINIFICATION

Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

CHARACTERICTICS

Pale yellow colour with sparkling highlights.
The nose is dominated by fruity notes (orange).
The mouth is full with a great roundness.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

A marvellous match for shellfish and fish such as sole, salmon or trout, lobster or with composed salads.
May also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
It is ideally served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C.
After pouring the wine, allow it to breathe for a few moments in the glass before enjoying.
