Le Chant des Vignes is perfect served with sea urchins, grilled bass, fish in sauce and seafood as well as midly spiced dishes or on its own as an aperitif.
It is ideally served at a temperature between 8° to 10°C.
After pouring this wine, allow it to breathe for a few moments so that it may release all of its aromas before enjoying.
