12 hectares.

TERROIR

The Domaine des Mariniers is situated on flint, limestone soils and sandy terrasses.

WORK IN THE VINEYARD

Environmently friendly frowing methods are adapted to suit each terroir.

VINIFICATION

Cold static settling, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a low temperature.
The maturation on fine lies last a minimum of 5 months.
One unique filtration before the bottling.

CHARACTERISTICS

Pale yellow colour with golden highlights.
Its delicate nose brings together mango and lychee notes.
When tasted the attack is fresh and evolves in roundness and with citrus aromas (orange).

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

It is a perfect match for sea urchins, grilled sea bass, fish in a sauce and seafood, as well as slightly spicy dishes.
It can also be served as an aperitif.
