The vineyards of Menetou-Salon


The 472 hectares of vines are planted on hills made up of limestone sediments dating back to the Upper Jurassic Period (Kimmeridgian).


The area of appellation is divided between 10 communes: Menetou-Salon, Aubinges, Morogues, Parassy, Pigny, Quantilly, Saint-Céols, Soulangis, Vignoux-sous-les-Aix, and Humbligny.


Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
